These Terms and Conditions govern the intermediary and coordination services provided by iMedara (“iMedara”) to international patients (“the Patient”).
Use of our services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
1. Nature of iMedara’s Services
iMedara acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary, connecting the Patient with medical specialists, clinics, hospitals, lodging providers, and transportation suppliers.
iMedara does not provide medical services, does not recommend specific procedures, and does not guarantee outcomes.
All clinical decisions remain exclusively with licensed healthcare providers.
2. Reservations and Payments
2.1 All reservations are subject to availability and written confirmation.
2.2 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any package.
2.3 Full payment must be completed according to the timelines established by iMedara or its partners.
3. Medical Consultation and Evaluation
A medical evaluation must be completed before any procedure is confirmed.
The treating physician determines eligibility and safety.
iMedara does not influence or participate in clinical evaluations, diagnoses, or medical decisions.
4. Travel Documentation
Patients are fully responsible for obtaining passports, visas, travel permits, and other required documentation.
iMedara is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or penalties arising from incomplete documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
Patients are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering medical and non-medical contingencies.
6. Medical Information and Records
Patients must provide complete, accurate medical information.
Any omission or falsification may result in cancellation of services without refund.
7. Changes, Cancellations & Provider Policies
7.1 Each medical provider has its own cancellation and refund policies.
7.2 By booking through iMedara, patients automatically accept each provider’s terms.
7.3 All cancellations must be submitted to iMedara and will be managed according to the provider’s directives.
7.4 iMedara cannot alter provider policies or intervene in their administrative decisions.
7.5 Policies may be updated and will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.
8. Guarantees and Limitations
iMedara does not guarantee:
Medical, surgical, aesthetic, or functional outcomes
The success of procedures or recovery processes
The availability of specific medical professionals
All outcomes depend solely on the treating specialists and patient adherence to medical guidance.
9. Transportation and Lodging
Services included in the package will be provided as described.
Any modifications are subject to provider availability and separate fees.
10. Limitation of Liability
iMedara is not liable for:
Injuries, complications, adverse reactions, or medical consequences
Clinical negligence or malpractice by third-party providers
Travel delays, cancellations, or logistical issues
Personal losses, theft, or unforeseen incidents during travel
The Patient acknowledges that all medical care is the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.
11. Compliance with Local Laws
Patients must comply with immigration, health, and public-order regulations in the destination country.
Failure to comply is solely the Patient’s responsibility.
12. Medical Emergencies
In emergencies, iMedara will assist in directing patients to the nearest appropriate facility.
All related decisions and costs are the Patient’s responsibility.
13. Postoperative Care
Patients must follow all postoperative instructions as provided by the treating physician.
Non-compliance may affect outcomes, without liability for iMedara.
14. Travel Notices and Safety
Patients are responsible for staying informed about travel advisories, safety conditions, and health recommendations.
15. Termination of Services
iMedara may suspend or terminate services if:
The Patient violates these terms
The Patient engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour
Safety or operational concerns arise
16. Updates to Terms
iMedara may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of contracting will apply.
17. Acceptance
By using iMedara’s services, the Patient confirms having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
